Salary Range: $24.24 - $28.64 hourly (California) / $20.00 - $24.20 hourly (outside California)

Shift: Day, Full-time, Non-exempt
Responsibilities- Contribute to a caring and positive working and living environment for all employees and residents.
- Support compliance with CCH policy, funder and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial recordkeeping through data entry, electronic transmission, and report generation.
- Perform timely and correct income re-certifications for all residents and maintain resident file system.
- Assist in managing tenant relations.
- Assist the Community Manager with marketing of vacant units, aligning with federal, state, local, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with maintaining the property wait list and process applications in compliance with regulations, including screening, interviewing, and processing applicants.
- Collect rent and account for monies collected.
- Assist with resident move‑in/move‑out procedures and unit inspections.
- Prepare for site and other inspections (e.g., INSPIRE, MOR, annual audit) by reviewing checklists and ensuring requested documentation is accessible.
- Act on behalf of the Community Manager in their absence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This position reports directly to the Community Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.
Compensation and BenefitsCCH offers competitive wages with the position likely starting at the lower end of the salary range. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 8% employer retirement contribution, and other standard benefits. The role is based at Westlake Christian Terrace East, 251 28th Street, Oakland, CA 94611.

Qualifications and Requirements- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous property management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HUD/Section 8, Tax Credit programs and related systems preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn additional organizational systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in service delivery.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- Background check completion is required for employment.
