Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Transdev is hiring a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to support riders across our public transportation services. In this role, you will assist passengers by phone and in person with trip planning, schedule information, fare questions, and service issues. You'll document inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate safety or service concerns. Using multiple computer systems, you will update rider accounts, coordinate with dispatch and operations, and provide accurate, timely information to diverse customers while upholding Transdev's standards for safety, professionalism, and community-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Provide English/Spanish phone and in-person support to riders
• Answer questions on routes, schedules, fares, and service changes
• Handle complaints, document issues, and resolve rider concerns
• Escalate safety or complex service problems to supervisors
• Use computer systems to look up trips and update rider information
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to support service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Follow all safety, security, and data privacy procedures
• Meet performance metrics for quality, accuracy, and responsiveness
• Represent Transdev with professional, courteous customer service
