Customer Service Admin

Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Administrator to provide administrative support while assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and service requests.

Responsibilities:

+ Respond to customer calls, emails, and online inquiries

+ Process orders, service requests, and account updates

+ Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

+ Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues

+ Assist with reporting, filing, and other administrative tasks

Requirements

+ Experience in customer service and administrative support

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Accurate data entry and attention to detail

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer systems

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
