$120k - $150k base
We are an architect led, design build practice based in the California Bay Area, delivering warm, modern architecture from concept through construction. Our integrated team of designers, architects, and builders works locally and across the American West on residential, community, commercial, and hospitality projects shaped by their cultural and environmental contexts. With a unified vision and hands-on approach, we guide every stage of the process in house ensuring clarity, creativity, and craft in every detail we bring to life.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Strong desire to work across the architecture and construction side
- Single family and multifamily residential experience are a plus
- Revit
- Client communication and project management experience
- An architecture license is not required but is a plus
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, and translate these into compelling design concepts.
- Oversee the development of design presentations, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions.
- Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and public presentations.
