The organization works across multifamily housing, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use projects, with a strong focus on sustainable, community-oriented design and modern construction methods.
PositionArchitecture Intermediate Designer – Oakland, CA
Key Requirements- 10+ years of professional architectural design experience.
- Strong conceptual and schematic design portfolio.
- Experience with zoning, planning, and entitlement processes, preferably in urban/mixed-use projects.
- B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited architecture program.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools such as Enscape .
- Strong graphic presentation, communication, and design skills.
- Experience across capacity studies, concept design, schematic design, entitlements, DD, CDs, and CA.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior designers.
- Familiarity with zoning, accessibility, building codes, and construction methods.
- Architectural license is preferred but not required .
Looking for a candidate with 10+ years of experience who is focused exclusively on design and has a very strong portfolio.
