• Possession of a Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in any Biological Science.
• OR possession of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in any Biological Science.
• AND a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics, or Marine Science.
• OR may submit a fully satisfied lifetime California Community College Instructor Credential authorizing service to teach courses in Biology.
• OR the equivalent qualifications (conclusive evidence, as clear and reliable on the college transcripts as required on the District Equivalency Application Form).
• AND applicant must have demonstrated cultural competency, sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college staff, faculty, and students.
