What We're Looking For
* Valid Colorado Special Education Licensure
* Ability to work in person with students in a school environment
* Proficient in IEP case management
* Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
* Are eager to learn, grow, and continuously develop their professional expertise

What You'll Be Doing
* Provide academic support to students in classroom settings
* Conduct academic assessments and assist with IEP goal development and implementation
* Collaborate closely with parents, general education teachers, and related service providers
* Facilitate student engagement and participation throughout the school day
* Develop and implement lesson plans and maintain data collection and progress monitoring
