BAYAC (Bay Area Youth Agency Consortium) is a National Service program under Bay Area Community Resources, dedicated to empowering youth in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our Ameri Corps Members engage in a year of service at schools and community organizations, fostering skill development, emotional growth, and meaningful community engagement. This is an 11-month program commitment.
SummaryAs a Student Success Coach at BAYAC Ameri Corps, you will play a vital role in guiding youth towards successful education and career paths. Positions to fill in the San Francisco and East Bay regions focus on providing mentorship, educational resources, and support to help young individuals develop essential skills for their future.

- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to youth on career exploration and development.
- Facilitate workshops and outreach about program services and support volunteer management.
- Analyze individuals student needs to create personalized action plans for student success.
- Collaborate with local schools or organizations to connect youth/ families in the communities.
- Engage students in enrichment activities if part of the after-school programming.
- Educate youth about various career paths and the skills required for success.
- Work with small groups of students to provide reading, writing, and math interventions.
- $30,000 Member stipend spread throughout 11 months
