We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative professional to design, develop, and improve engaging learning experiences that support organizational goals. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to create effective training solutions for a variety of audiences and learning formats.

What You Will Do
  • Design and develop instructor‑led, virtual, blended, and self‑paced learning content.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content, validate accuracy, and translate complex information into clear learning objectives.
  • Create storyboards, scripts, job aids, assessments, and supporting materials aligned to learning goals.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning best practices to improve learner engagement and retention.
  • Develop curriculum maps and learning paths to support onboarding, role development, and ongoing skill growth.
  • Review and refine existing training materials to ensure consistency, usability, and alignment with business needs.
  • Use learning technologies and authoring tools to build interactive and visually effective content.
  • Measure training effectiveness and use feedback, data, and evaluation results to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders while maintaining high‑quality deliverables.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience designing and developing training curriculum, learning programs, or educational content.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design models, adult learning theory, and curriculum development practices.
  • Experience working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather requirements and content.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems and common e‑learning or content development tools.
  • Ability to write clearly, organize information logically, and present ideas in an engaging way.
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt content for different audiences, learning styles, and delivery methods.
  • Experience using evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with eLearning development tools, multimedia content creation, or video‑based learning solutions.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive learning design practices.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, compliance, technical, or leadership development programs.
  • Knowledge of microlearning, performance support, and blended learning strategies.
