• Ability to create inclusive, structured classroom environments with differentiation and behavioral support
• Strong collaborative skills and a passion for teamwork with colleagues and paraprofessionals

• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
• Leading classroom instruction for K‑2 students, supported by two full‑time paraprofessionals
• Collaborating with other educators, specialists, and families to ensure holistic support
• Tracking student progress and maintaining accurate records
