Key Responsibilities- Offer academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
- Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance as directed by educators and school staff
- Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and full participation in classroom activities
- Implement behavior support plans and closely follow IEPs as needed
- Support mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements for designated students
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- TB test according to current district requirements
- Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
- Able to obtain required clearances prior to starting
- Experience with in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
- Familiarity assisting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are a plus, but not required
- Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
