Job Description

This position is temporary from 8/5/26 to 9/21/26. The role involves creating joyful, healing, and liberatory learning spaces for Oakland students, families, and communities. We seek passionate and dedicated educators, classified staff, and leaders aligned with equity, excellence, and cultural responsiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Eligibility to work in the United States and passing a criminal background check
• California teaching credential, or willingness to earn one
• Two current professional references, including one from a previous supervisor
• Disclosure of all previous California school districts, County Office of Education, charter schools, or state special schools worked for, to satisfy AB2534 requirements
