Yu Ming Charter School in Oakland is seeking a Mandarin Instructional Assistant to join our team. The role supports classroom teachers, fosters bilingual, bicultural learners, and contributes to project-based learning.
Must be native or near-native Mandarin, proficient in English, and have classroom aide experience; bachelor’s degree preferred. 185-day year, 8 student-free professional development days; 8:00am–4:00pm. $20–$23/hour plus benefits, commensurate with experience.
