KIPP Nor Cal is seeking an Associate Director of Teacher Residency to lead the residency program across Oakland, Stockton, San Jose, and Peninsula locations. You will own the instructional experience, coach residents and mentors, and drive data-informed improvements with Alder Graduate School of Education and school leaders.
The role requires 4–6 years in K–12 education, a Master’s degree, and a commitment to equity. Travel to partner sites and a comprehensive benefits package are included.
