Mills Institute @ Northeastern University Upward Bound is seeking a Student Recruitment & Retention Specialist to support outreach, recruitment, and administration for the program. This temporary role, through April 2027, involves working with students, families, schools, and community partners to streamline applications and onboarding.
The position reports to the Director/Associate Director and may require travel to multiple sites; compensation is $20 per hour for up to 25 hours per week.
