Anyone serving as a Principal, Assistant Principal or central office certificated administrator in OUSD in 2026-27 needing to clear their Administrative Services credential is eligible for this tuition‑free, job‑embedded, individualized coaching program.
• In partnership with Rooted, Oakland Unified Educators have access to more affordable housing.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, a California Commission on Teacher Credentialing issued Administrative Services Credential, must be eligible for employment in the US and pass a criminal background check. Candidates must have three current professional references on file, including one from a previous supervisor.
