• Learn the fundamentals of construction project management while assisting with job site operations.
• Help manage job site operations, ensuring quality control, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist with the preliminary design, estimating, layout, and scheduling for shoring and foundation drilling projects.
• Collaborate with senior management to analyze data, track budgets, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Adapt to challenges in real‑time and communicate effectively with field personnel, clients, and management.
• Progressively take on more project management responsibility as you move toward a Project Manager role.

• BS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is highly preferred.
• Some experience in the construction industry (Geotechnical or drilling experience is a plus).
• Assertive, competitive, and tenacious with a desire to gain hands‑on field experience.
• Clear desire to obtain a PE License and move into Project Management.
• Open to travel and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
