- Build and optimize ETL pipelines in Foundry for SCADA, AMI, GIS, OMS, ERP
- Integrate structured/unstructured data and automate ingestion/validation
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance (NERC CIP, FERC)
- Implement security and access controls in Foundry
- Support data scientists and analysts with reliable datasets
- Troubleshoot pipeline issues and optimize performance for high-volume data
- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry development and data integration
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Foundry-specific frameworks
- Knowledge of utility domain systems: SCADA, AMI, GIS, OMS
- 3+ years in data engineering or related roles (utilities/energy sector preferred)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork across cross-functional groups
- Experience with real-time streaming (Kafka, Spark)
- Knowledge of grid modernization, DER integration, renewable forecasting
- Relevant Foundry or data engineering certifications
