Senior Electrical Engineer

We are building robots that construct solar farms — directly tackling one of the biggest bottlenecks slowing down the clean energy transition. One in five solar installations in the US happened last year alone, and construction labor can't keep pace. We are looking for a senior electrical engineer to help scale the robotic platforms from R&D into full production. The role is hands-on — electrical schematics, harness design, wiring, motors, drives, actuators, sensors, and controls across large robotic systems.

You'd be a core part of the team taking these machines from one-off builds to repeatable manufacturing. You will partner closely with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and hardware engineers to ensure electrical systems integrate effectively across the full robotic platform. Tech stack:
Electrical CAD (schematics & wiring diagrams), PLCs, motors & drives, actuators, sensors, control systems, power distribution, industrial automation, Python. It's a strong fit if you have an EE or ME degree, experience with industrial motion systems and component integration, and have worked in a startup or fast-paced R&D environment before.
