NPAworldwide in Oakland, CA is seeking a Project/Civil Engineer to join our Flood & Drainage team. This role targets an engineer with 3–8 years of water resources experience, focusing on hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, flood risk reduction, and climate resilience planning.
You will build and calibrate models (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Info Works ICM, XP-SWMM, TUFLOW, MIKE), analyze flood risk, support CIP development, GIS data management, and prepare technical reports for California public agencies.
