Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territory or business segment.

2. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.

3. Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide them with suitable product solutions.

4. Deliver effective product demonstrations that highlight the value proposition of our products.

5. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve sales targets.

6. Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

7. Collaborate with internal teams (including product and engineering) to address customer needs and issues effectively.

8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of experience in technical sales or applications engineering.

3. Experience in one or more of the following industries:
Medical Devices, Semiconductor Equipment, Robotics & Automation.

4. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand motion control systems.

5. Proficient in bearings, linear guides, linear motion systems, actuators, motion control, or precision positioning equipment is preferred.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

9. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as needed.
