• 1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territory or business segment.
• 2. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
• 3. Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide them with suitable product solutions.
• 4. Deliver effective product demonstrations that highlight the value proposition of our products.
• 5. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve sales targets.
• 6. Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• 7. Collaborate with internal teams (including product and engineering) to address customer needs and issues effectively.
• 8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2. 3+ years of experience in technical sales or applications engineering.
• 3. Experience in one or more of the following industries:
  Medical Devices, Semiconductor Equipment, Robotics & Automation.
• 4. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand motion control systems.
• 5. Proficient in bearings, linear guides, linear motion systems, actuators, motion control, or precision positioning equipment is preferred.
• 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• 9. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as needed.
