Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

We're currently seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in document production planning, Revit modeling, and large- scale BIM project leadership. They should be adaptable, self-directed, and comfortable working with existing structures, evolving BIM tools and workflows, and unique project challenges with minimal oversight. A proactive mindset, sound decision-making, and commitment to continuous professional growth are key.

• 6+ years of Autodesk Revit  and related BIM software experience in a structures or related department.
• Working knowledge of Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Experience with BIM model coordination software such as Navisworks and Revizto.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu and Studio sessions.
• Experience using Revit add-ins and third-party software to increase workflow efficiency, such as Ideate Software, Dynamo, and py Revit.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD in a structural engineering or architectural setting. Construction experience a plus.
• Experience with large- scale healthcare, education, civic, science and technology, or industrial manufacturing buildings.
