Currently looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Engineer PE
to fill the open position in Bay Area. The ideal candidate must be local and have stable work-history, and have experience in Plumbing and Building codes.
- Lead complex Design/Engineering of Commercial Plumbing, Piping Systems
- Review and approval of Load Calculations and Engineering on multiple projects before submittals
- Work closely with Senior Management, Design and Engineering team
- Bachelors Degree (Construction related)
- PE License.
- Advanced knowledge of state building code.
- Local in Bay Area.
- Masters in Mechanical Engineering
- Prior field experience
- LEED AP Certification
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks Manage, Blue Beam, MS Project, Trane Trace 700, Carrier HAP, eQuest, Title 24
