About this position
Position Overview:
We are looking for Entry‑Level Event Assistants to help with the setup of fundraising community events. No prior experience is required. This is a full‑time, in‑person role working at pre‑scheduled event locations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown
- Support team members during daily event operations
- Interact with attendees in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide general assistance and answer basic questions
- Help maintain a smooth and organized event environment
