WXOU is the soundtrack of Oakland University. Every year, we put on live radio shows, podcasts, news articles, concerts, and much more.
Within this position, you will be expected to:- Coordinate and organize DJs for non WXOU Events.
- Maintain and organize event equipment.
- Collaborate with Event Director to book entertainment.
- Train and schedule volunteer DJs to play at events.
- Are in tune with what people want to hear at a party.
- Can find a balance between being entertaining and professional.
- Are organized.
- Are able to remain composed under pressure.
- Are a cool person 😎
- Expected weekly commitment: 5 hrs minimum
- Have experience with DJing events on or off campus
