Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and objectives
- Oversee all financial operations
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate project profitability, cost control measures, and risk management strategies
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is highly desirable
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles, project costing, and financial controls
