Job Description:
- Experience in resolving payroll errors and discrepancies while being able to record the corrections and recording payroll expenses and accruals to the general ledger in accordance with GAAP
- Reviews timesheets and processes bi-monthly payroll for 200+ employees through ADP Workforce Now
- Maintains and updates holidays annually, earnings codes, and shift differentials in ADP
- Ensures proper processing of payroll taxes, benefits, and garnishment deductions
- Nonprofit industry experience
- ADP WFN experience
