Compensation: $250K-$300K Base (Stretch) + Bonus + Carry (DOE)

This is an opportunity to become the financial right hand to the Managing Partner of a rapidly growing private equity firm-and help shape the future of the business.

You'll own the finance function, influence strategic decisions, manage relationships with fund administrators, auditors, banks, and advisors, while helping scale a firm that's actively investing in the middle market across Business Services, Technology, and Information Services.

What You'll Do

- Own the accounting and finance function across Funds, GP, and Management Company

- Partner directly with the Managing Partner on strategic initiatives

- Lead quarterly closes, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP& A

- Manage treasury, capital calls, distributions, cash forecasting, and liquidity

- Oversee outsourced accounting partners while remaining hands-on

- Drive process improvements, automation, KPIs, and operational efficiency

- Support audits, tax compliance, investment valuations, and investor reporting

✔ What We're Looking For

- 8+ years of accounting/finance experience

- CPA, MBA, or similar credentials preferred

- Strong private equity, fund, or alternative investment experience

- Hands-on experience across Fund, GP, and Management Company operations

- Strong FP& A, treasury, financial modeling, and reporting skills

- Excellent business judgment, communication skills, and ownership mentality
