This Senior Finance Manager - Real Estate role will lead the financial management of a diverse affordable housing and real estate development portfolio.

- Direct involvement in affordable housing developments from acquisition through stabilization and permanent financing.
- Opportunity to influence financial strategy, forecasting, debt management, and portfolio performance.
- Exposure to complex financing structures including LIHTC transactions, tax-exempt bonds, construction and permanent financing, grants, and public subsidies.
- Visible role collaborating across Real Estate Development, Property Management, Finance, lenders, investors, and public agencies.
- Leadership opportunity managing and mentoring finance staff while helping drive process improvements and financial best practices
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 7+ years of finance, accounting, or affordable housing development finance experience.
- Strong affordable housing expertise with deep knowledge of LIHTC (4% and 9%) transactions.
- Experience managing complex capital stacks, construction draws, loan closings, cost certifications, and development budgets.
- Advanced financial modeling and pro forma analysis skills.
- Experience partnering with development and property management teams to support project decision-making.
- Supervisory experience and a collaborative leadership style.
- Yardi, Sage, and advanced Excel proficiency preferred.
