• Coordinate and support the Racial Equity Governing Agenda and Federal Policy & Advocacy programs
• Assist with research, data analysis, and report writing
• Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events
• Liaise with external partners and stakeholders
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and documentation

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team

• Experience in policy advocacy or social justice work
• Knowledge of racial equity issues and policies
• Familiarity with government relations and legislative processes
• Advanced data analysis and research skills
• Master's degree in a related field
