Overview

Radiant Salon is a skin care boutique. It is owned by a young female Oakland native. We offer a variety of services from UV and Airbrush tanning to Infrared Saunas. We are looking for a part time receptionist to grow our friendly and down to earth staff! Please read the following and respond to us by EMAIL if interested in the position.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Over the Age of 18
• Be able to work Tuesday and Wednesday from 3-8:15 and Sunday from 10-6:15
• Be punctual
• Have GREAT multitasking skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and Square App. is a plus
• Proficient in word, excel, and be familiar with Google docs
• Ability to use a smart phone and tablet, (we allow texting for appointments)
• Ability to sit and stand
• Ability to clean
• Has problem solving skills
• Personable
• Reliable
• Great time management skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Has some background or strong interest in the beauty industry
• Can dress in a casual but work appropriate manor
• Has good hygiene
• Has an interest in learning new skills and about the beauty industry
• Has a pleasant demeanor, both in person and on the phone
• Is OK with asking for help when needed
• Detail Oriented

• Reception/Front desk: scheduling appointments, opening/closing, laundry, receiving payments, answering phones, selling memberships, cleaning, keeping product and displays neat, communicating with the rest of the staff, etc.

Part-time

• Salary: $13 to $14 an hour with
• Free UV tanning and Infrared Sauna use
• 30% off waxing and facials
• 1 free Airbrush a month, 30% off after that
• 25% off products
