Job Details
• Position is based in a pediatric hospital case management unit,
• Day shift schedule with five 8-hour shifts per week (8:00-17:00),
• Work assignment is 24 weeks in length,
• Requires floating to other affiliated facilities as needed,
Job Requirements
• Active CA RN license,
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification,
• Minimum of 2 years pediatric case management experience,
• Master's degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field preferred,
Additional Information
• Responsible for case management duties for pediatric patients,
• Must be able to float between various locations as required,
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams,
