Clinical Coordinator; Hybrid

Job Description
The Clinical Coordinator coordinates clinical and/or community placement activities for pre-licensure and graduate nursing programs within the School of Nursing. This position reports to the Director, Pre-licensure Clinical Placement.

• Coordinate clinical placements: collaborate with CCT leadership and clinical directors to secure adequate sites, preceptors, and required hours; support student onboarding and progression through placement process.
• Maintain relationships with existing sites and preceptors, ensuring positive engagement and addressing their needs.
• Manage clinical site compliance: maintain up-to-date preceptor documents, review contracts, and verify that all clinical communities meet program requirements.
• Administrative support: receive inquiries from sites and students, schedule training, assist orientation, and schedule new faculty orientation.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Program Placement Director.

• Effective establishment and maintenance of cooperative working relationships within a diverse multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Outlook, and Web Ex.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage privileged information confidentially and prioritize workload.
• Flexibility to adapt to multiple simultaneous requests and meet deadlines.

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in an administrative role; experience in health care preferred; experience in contract management preferred.

$29/hr to $35/hr (non‑exempt hourly).
