Experience:

• Must have skills: – Health Stream, LMS & SCORM.
• Must have 5years with Healthstream.
• Microsoft office. SCORM knowledge.
• Create learning events, managing student groups/data, troubleshooting, testing upgrades, and ensuring data security
• Exceptional application analysis and design skills, as well as thorough troubleshooting capabilities.
• Optimizes Health Stream administrative support under a single national umbrella to grow the national approach to Health Stream administration, consolidation of effort, and reduction of waste.
• Manages the Health Stream Learning Management System (LMS) for a healthcare organization, handling user setup, course assignments, curriculum building, report generation, and training support to ensure staff compliance and effective clinical education delivery, acting as a bridge between IT and clinical educators.
• Key duties involve creating learning events, managing student groups/data, troubleshooting, testing upgrades, and ensuring data security, requiring strong tech, communication, and organizational skills.
• They will also recognize when to upscale complex issues to vendor support and act as an interface between Health Stream vendor and nursing teams.
