The Director Applications Developmentoverseeing Care Delivery, Revenue Cycle and Patient Experience Applications will lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise applications supporting clinical operations, revenue cycle management (RCM), and patient experience across a growing dental services organization. This leader oversees an enterprise ecosystem centered on Epic—including Epic Wisdom, Resolute, Cadence, Cheers, Hello World and MyChart—seamlessly integrated with 30+ third-party solutions, trading partners, and vendors.
The role combines strategic vision, hands-on technical leadership, and strong oversight of implementation and post–go-live operations to deliver a connected, data-driven and patient-centered digital experience for driving Dental-Medical Integration.
