SPG Therapy & Education is currently hiring Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech‑Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for school‑based positions for the 2025‑2026 school year. Whether providing direct therapy or conducting assessments, our clinicians ensure ethically and legally defensible CA school‑based services. SLPs will conduct appropriate assessments, write comprehensive evaluation reports, and lead IEP meetings to develop goals in support of curricular standards. SLPAs will follow documented treatment plans, assist in creating service delivery schedules, and perform equipment maintenance under the guidance of a supervisor. Both roles involve consulting and collaborating with parents, teachers, and IEP teams while maintaining daily therapy logs and data collection to track student progress.
Requirements- Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (for SLP roles) or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree from a Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant program (for SLPA roles).
- Applicants must possess or be eligible for a current CA license or credential (SLP or SLPA). Fingerprint background clearance and Tuberculosis (TB) clearance are required for all school‑based settings.
- SLP: $82,000 – $120,000 (based on school year calendar)
- SLPA: $43 – $53 per hour
Years of experience, specialties, and geographic regions are all considered when determining final offers.
