Occupational Therapist – Full Time | Permanent

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time permanent opportunity in a supportive clinical setting. This position focuses on helping patients regain independence in daily activities while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team committed to strong patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate values patient-centered care, practical functional progress, and building positive relationships with both patients and colleagues.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Provide therapy to improve daily living skills, motor function, and independence

• Train patients in adaptive techniques and use of assistive equipment

• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as appropriate

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

• Educate patients and families on home programs and safety strategies

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Active Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in the state of practice

• Previous clinical experience preferred

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

• Commitment to quality, functional, outcome-driven care
