Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new employees.
• Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Administer employee benefits programs and provide support in benefits-related matters.
• Handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
• Perform scanning, data entry, and other administrative HR tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Coordinator required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

This is an on-site position at our South Pasadena office.
