Your Role
The Stellarus HRBP team partners with leaders to build organizations that can scale innovation, deliver results, and create an exceptional employee experience. The Principal, HR Business Partner, will report to the Senior Director, HR Business Partners for Stellarus. In this role you will be accountable for shaping and executing people strategies that enable Stellarus’ business strategy. The Principal, HR Business Partner translates business priorities into integrated talent, organization, and leadership solutions that foster desired business results and a culture that is fit for purpose.
This role has significant influence at the Senior Vice President, Vice President and Director levels, requires strong consulting and systems thinking skills, and demands comfort delivering candid guidance with empathy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
