• 4–6 years of experience in analytics, data science, or related field
• Strong SQL skills; experience working with large, complex datasets
• Hands‑on experience with dashboarding and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, Power BI, Amazon Quick Suite)
• Proven experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, causal inference)
• Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear narratives for technical and non‑technical audiences
• Strong business judgment and comfort working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments

• Experience supporting consumer products, fintech, or growth marketing teams
