Your Role
The Information Technology team oversees our data & analytics, strategic planning & performance, IT infrastructure services, IT shared services, IT applications, and information security functions and responsibilities at Blue Shield. IT is a business partner that provides delivery excellence and leverages technology advancement to ensure Blue Shield is an information-led organization, in a secure, connected healthcare ecosystem. The UX Research Intern will report to the Director of UX Research & Product Design.
In this role you will gain hands-on experience across the full UX/UI design process by conducting research to gain insight into user needs and behaviors, and translating research findings into meaningful product insights, personas, journey maps or digital mockups to help simplify complex healthcare tools and processes.
