Interim Senior Financial Analyst - Data Analyst

Our client, a leading consumer-focused financial technology company, is seeking two Senior Financial Analyst/Data Analyst professionals to join their growing analytics organization.

The position is on-site, 3 days per week in Oakland, CA. The engagement has an expected duration of 5 months.

• Work with large and complex datasets to generate insights across financial and product areas.
• Develop dashboards and business intelligence reporting using modern BI tools.
• Design, execute, and analyze controlled experiments, including A/B testing and audience segmentation.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment requiring strong business judgment.

• 4-6 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with dashboarding and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments, including A/B testing.
• Ability to clearly synthesize and communicate analytical findings to diverse audiences.
