Chief of Staff to CTO, Sr. Principal

Your Role

The Technology organization leads the design, development, and operation of the company’s core platforms and digital products, leveraging engineering excellence, data, and AI to accelerate innovation, deliver reliable solutions, and scale business impact.

The Chief of Staff reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer and serves as the CTO’s trusted advisor, strategic partner, and operational leader. This role enables clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution across the AI & Data organization, ensuring that strategy translates into sustained, measurable results.

Acting as an extension of the CTO, the Chief of Staff drives strategic focus, operational rigor, and cross-functional delivery across a complex, matrixed environment. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, communications, and transformation—designing the operating mechanisms that help leaders make high-quality decisions, scale capabilities, and consistently execute at a high level.
