Strong end to end project implementation experience in:
- Success Factors Employee Central (EC)
- Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- S/4
HANA HR / Payroll related components
Proven experience implementing integrations between:
- Deep functional understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Time, and organizational structures.
- Strong experience in data migration and conversion activities (mapping, transformation, validation).
- Ability to interpret business processes and translate them into implementation-ready functional designs.
- Lead and execute project-based implementations, ensuring delivery of all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement workshops, finalize solution design, and prepare blueprint documentation.
- Perform system configuration, build, testing, and integration setup for EC, ECP, and S/4
HANA. - Own and execute the integration implementation, including design, mapping, testing, and issue resolution.
