Automation Specialist​/AI Developer; AWS and Bedrock focused

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions across business and IT workflows
• Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities and drive efficiency improvements
• Build reusable automation frameworks for enterprise adoption
• Develop cloud-native solutions using AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, API Gateway, Event Bridge)
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Cloud Formation or Terraform
• Design AI-powered automation using Amazon Bedrock and LLM workflows
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize AI models
• Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM)
• Build APIs and event-driven architectures for system connectivity
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for automation workflows
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are met
• Develop automation solutions that reduce manual effort and operational costs
• Build scalable, cloud-native workflows deployed across the enterprise
• Achieve strong stakeholder adoption and measurable business impact

• 5-8+ years of experience in automation engineering, RPA, or process automation
• Strong experience designing enterprise automation solutions
• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock or similar AI/LLM platforms, including a successful implementation of AI-driven automation using Bedrock
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages
• Experience with API development and system integrations
• Familiarity with event-driven and microservices architectures

• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices (CI/CD, Git, containerization)
• Experience with data processing or ETL pipelines
• Exposure to enterprise platforms (Service Now, SAP, Oracle)
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and deployment
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Salary Range $63.58 - $100.38 USD (Hourly)

The range is a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this position and placement will depend on objective, documented work‑related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, and other factors.
