Description:
Join client s Innovation Accelerator to help incubate new digital products and services in energy efficiency, grid modernization, and customer experience. Seeking entrepreneurial team members with strong product or data science backgrounds to drive venture success from concept to market.
Responsibilities:- Conduct customer discovery, interviews, and market research.
- Support product design, business plan development, and pilot customer engagement.
- Contribute expertise to strategy, execution, and venture growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain clear deliverables/timelines.
- 3+ years in digital product/software management or data science.
- Customer-facing experience (consulting, sales, product).
- Strong people skills; able to build trust and drive consensus.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and lean startup methods.
- Startup or enterprise innovation experience preferred.
The hourly rate for this position is between $130.00-$135.00 per hour.
