Senior AI/ML Tech Lead / Architect - Marysville, OH or Torrance, CA
We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Tech Lead/Architect to design and lead enterprise AI/ML solutions across cloud and data platforms.
Qualifications- 15+ years experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Cloud Architecture
- Hands‑on with AWS AI/ML services:
Sage Maker, Bedrock, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, Lake Formation - Proficient in Python, SQL & ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn)
- Experience with IaC: AWS CDK, Terraform, Cloud Formation
- Deep understanding of ML algorithms, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, & model optimization
- Proven experience building production‑grade MLOps pipelines
- Code review, mentoring, enforcing standards
- Consulting, customer advisory, and enterprise architecture experience
- Excellent communication with technical & executive stakeholders
- AWS Certifications (ML Specialty, Solutions Architect Professional)
- Experience with Generative AI, LLM fine‑tuning, RAG architectures
- Industry‑specific AI experience:
Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing
Work Authorization: USC / GC (W2)
