Position Summary:Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within a large-scale SAP S/4
HANA transformation program for a utility organization. The Scrum Master will lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage cross-team dependencies, and support delivery within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in enterprise Agile environments.
- Scrum Master experience supporting an ERP implementation program or SAP support organization.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
HANA (strongly preferred) or major ERP platforms. - Expert‑level experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, reporting, and Agile metrics.
- Experience working in SAFe or scaled Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams, dependencies, risks, and impediments.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Utility industry experience.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience supporting ERP data migration, testing, cutover, or deployment activities.
- Experience working with SAP functional, technical, and business teams.
- Knowledge of PMO governance, RAID logs, stage gates, and release management.
- Serve as Scrum Master for 1‑2 Agile teams supporting SAP S/4
HANA delivery. - Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, SAP Consultants, and System Integrators to maintain and prioritize backlogs.
- Track team velocity, burndown, sprint progress, and Agile metrics.
- Remove impediments and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across work streams.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Architects, and program stakeholders.
- Support Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other scaled Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure alignment between Agile teams and traditional PMO governance requirements.
- Support integration with waterfall‑driven activities such as data migration, testing, and cutover.
