• Conduct market research and supplier risk analysis
• Create and maintain category plans
• Develop and review performance data with suppliers
• Lead cross-functional teams through strategic sourcing processes
• Develop category strategies and maintain industry awareness
• Build strategic relationships with IT software and hardware suppliers

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain or related fields
• Experience in IT category management, contract creation, and high-dollar negotiations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work independently and influence senior leadership

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement
• ISM CPSM certification or Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Knowledge of database and information systems such as SAP, ERP, and more
